More About Heavenly Cakes

I first started baking cakes for a charity which resulted in people asking me to bake for them. My speciality at that time was giant cupcakes but has moved onto more detailed fondant cakes. As I am coeliac I have been asked many times to make small and larger cakes with my own gluten free recipe and have had very positive feedback.
